By "various aspects (of the truth)" I meant different points of view by property owners, developers, potential buyers/sellers etc. - i.e. people who would be willing to share their personal narratives/interpretations (even on conflicting issues and facts) around the question(s): what (how, why) has happened on the Bulgarian (rural) property market, what is going on now, what is it likely to be in the future...
Are you still in Bulgaria?

Lots of places to choose from yes depends what is your "thing"
