BG banks

Does anyone have any recommendations for a good BG bank? I'm thinking along the lines of an "e-saver" euro account with a good rate of interest that I can operate via the internet (and transfer money in and out of easily).

Any pointers? differences between UK and BG banking system? an idea of bank charges?
