It says in our lesson book "nyama go choveka" = No trace of him.

How do we say "no trace of her" Is it "nyama ya chovekata" or "nyama ya choveshka !!!!

"Няма го човека" literally means "The human is not here". As women are not considered humans, there is no feminine match for this word :-)) I hate translating out of context but I guess I could venture "Няма я жената" in this case.

I thought literally it meant "there is no him the person"?

so following that logic, there should be "there is no her the person" - няма я човека

does that work?

I know logic and BG language don't mix too well :-)

You can say "Тя е добър човек", but you can't say "няма я човека". The logic is based on grammar - the charge to explain it is £15 per hour :-)
